HISTORY
J & V Competitive Intelligence cc (t/a/ Concept Risk Solutions (CRS) cc) was founded in 1997, through forces of circumstances, resulting in leading risk experts in South Africa, joining forces.
The realities of a struggling economy, international financial crisis & geo-political changes, placed more emphasis on asset protection and brand reputation strategies.
This has automatically shaped the way ordinary business is run. These circumstances also made us to rethink our business principles and strategies.
CRS has been a force behind winning business teams, and as a leading business support solution, we realized the immediate need to change with the changing times.
To us evolution is not about changing what is perfect and working, but more about implementing tested, well defined developed risk solutions, that are tailor made for our present – and prospective clients.
CRS operates under a strict code of conduct; we ensure professionalism and confidentiality, which is complimented by resourcefulness and innovative thinking.
Our company thrives on effective result-driven intelligence approaches, with a turn-around time to the satisfaction of all our clients (although we moved deadlines,in order to deliver a product, going above-and-beyond expectations).

STRATEGY
As part of our revised strategy we have invested in new systems and equipment to ensure quicker, reliable and correct results driven service.
Our company always invested in Voice Stress Analysis (VSA) system, by the leading USA-VSA-entity, DecepTech, rather than using Polygraph.
There are different Truth Verification methods available in the market, but we have opted for a system (developed by the US-Military, as an alternative to the polygraph) that does not inconvenience the subject (user-friendly) as Voice Stress does not involve any wiring or attaching of any foreign objects to the subject. We find this system reliable and very simple to use. Our experienced American-trained Voice Stress Specialist is a qualified Examiner/Trainer and has trained and continues to train more Voice Stress practitioners.
We have further upgraded and invested in the latest Technical and Electronic Surveillance Counter Measures (TESCM) equipment (equipment used for detecting intrusive / surreptitious listening devices). We pride ourselves in having JV-partnered, with the most skilled and experienced TESCM-team in the continent.
We are not a security company, but we are a professional team of well experienced consultants, who have extensive and rare international risk solution skills. We have introduced various solutions and offer professional advice to companies that require, well researched tried and tested solutions. Our strategy is proactive and intelligence based.
